| Needed for Mission Team We have a Missions Team Coming from Alabama to lead and assist in VBS and in the Church Construction project. 19 people will be staying at UBC. These faithful souls will arrive LATE Saturday night. UBC has agreed to provide bedding. Please label the following items and loan them to your friendly missions team members. The collection location will be in the conference room. We will need 19 sets :).

PRAISE!From Linda Baird 5/10 "May 10, 2011...Clay had a "2nd sweep" surgery yesterday and it went well. They washed him out again really well and did another liver biopsy. His numbers are looking good again and the docs are pleased. When I look at him now he has an appearance of healing...finally. We'll be heading over again to the hospital in about 45 minutes so I will post any updates after that. Your prayers are being heard and answered!! Love you all!! We will be recognizing our high school graduates in the 11am service. Lists will be provided of other classes and what they are studying this summer. There will also be some in the lobby. The Evening message at 6 p.m. will be "Why Have Church?" and at 7PM, Boy Scout Troop 78 will be treating the congregation to Dutch Oven Desserts in Fellowship Hall - please stay for this!
BUSINESS MEETING WEDNESDAY Motions should have been turned in by May 11 for this May 18 meeting. With the loss of George, we are in great need of one or two people to help fold bulletins one morning a month. Call the office at 479-2440 if you can help. Folding is always on the last Friday of the month at 10am.
OFFICE CLOSURE
The church secretary will be out of town May 19 through May 23, and the office closed. This means the deadline for the bulletin is moved up to Monday, the 16th, and they will be folded Wednesday. Please get announcements in early that week! BABY SHOWER There will be a baby shower for Kaitlin Cox on May 31 at Karla Welch's home. It will be a boy! Ladies are all welcome.
